I found an interesting article about types of bacteria that cause problems. These bacteria (streptococcus, enterococcus and prevotella) can take sulfur which is a necessary mineral and convert it to hydrogen sulfate. This (hydrogen sulfate) can attack the nervous system and poison the mitochondria which is the energy center of the cells. The author of the article suggests the use of antimicrobials to kill the offensive organisms.
