I have no experience with this but the article indicates studies support zinc carnosine supports gi healing.  Does anyone have experience with this?

Yes (I think I may have posted about it before)

I bought some earlier this year, but I have to be honest and say I'm not sure if it helped or not. I still have some so might start taking it again.

The brand I have is 'Doctor's Best PepZinGI'.

Apparently they use it in Japan for people with ulcers (from H Pylori) - but I think that was before triple therapy eradication for the bug was discovered.


The best thing I have found for healing the gut is L Glutamine, and I think the GAPS diet has helped too.
