I take quite a few herbs some for their tonifying properties and antioxidants as well. Anyhow I found that Roobios or Red Tea is quite beneficial for my intestinal tract. Inflammation is a big problem with the parasites and when I am mega inflamed I find that my bm's demonstrate that. Other herbs that might be helpful would include chamomile and peppermint. I am sure there are many others than can bring down inflammation.
One thing I have learned is that some organisms feed off some types of foods (including herbs) so make sure you are not getting a negative response, I find that keeping a journal is helpful.
