Here is an interesting test everyone can do. Get a good set of bathroom scales. Every morining before you shower, weigh yourself. Write down the number. It doesn't matter what that number is, your total weight is irrelavent. As soon as you get out of the shower and dry off, weigh again. Write that number down. Are the numbers the same? What is the difference and is it higher or lower? I've been doing this for quite some time and the results have led to helping my condition. I'll wait to see if I"m an oddball before I say more.
